Universal Ignition Control Uni-Kits • Universal ignition control Uni-Kits feature a flame sense circuit that works equally well on remote sense systems (two rods) or local sense systems (one rod) • Units include mounting bracket and wiring diagrams for Johnson Controls G60 and G600 series and Honeywell’s S86 series • Non-Lockout models ( L37-838 and L39-646 ) feature automatic recycle, ensuring that if flame fails, main gas flow is shut off with a spark repetition sequence that repeats until pilot gas re-ignites • L37-838 replaces Robertshaw #SP715, SP715A, SP715U and US1715U models • L39-646 is for flame rectification systems and for use with 7000 BDER, 7100 DER and 7200

IPER gas valves, and replaces Robertshaw #SP715 and SP715A • Lockout models ( L37-839 , L38-366 , L39-647 and L39-648 ) feature automatic gas shutoff if ignition fails to occur after three 60-second attempts • L37-839 and L38-366 replace Robertshaw #SP735, SP735A and SP745 models • L39-647 is for use with flame rectification systems and 7000 BDER and 7100 DER gas valves Specifications: • Input voltage: 24VAC with 20VA minimum • Ambient temperature rating: -40°F to +175°F
