Oil Burner Nozzles • 100% tested for GPH and spray angle against a calibrated master nozzle to obtain maximum performance • Stainless steel orifice has a high quality heat and water resistant body • Closer manufacturing tolerances reduce flow, angle and pattern valuation for more consistent nozzles • Up to 50 GPH nozzles available at participating Johnstone Supply stores or by special order • Type A nozzles (Fig. A - red cap) are hollow cone nozzles designed to create clean, quiet efficient fire for stable flame at low flows, and

is recommend for trial on burners without distinct air patterns • Type B nozzles (Fig. B - blue cap) are solid cone nozzles designed to produce uniform spray throughout the entire pattern and provide smooth ignition, for use on larger burners and where air pattern is heavy in center or for long fires • Type W nozzles (Fig. C - Green cap) are semi solid nozzles that can replace type A or B nozzles at 0.4 to 1.2 GPH in 70° or 80° spray for reducing specific problems Warning: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
